Vegetarian Cooking Event

Join the NSSA as we celebrate Nutrition Month!

This cooking event will include a demonstration and tasting! You will learn how to make quick, easy, and healthy vegetarian meals on a budget. Featured ingredients include tofu, legumes and chia seeds,  which have been studied in our own Department of Nutritional Sciences!

The event will be taking place at the Centre for International Exchange (CIE) kitchen on March 25th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm and is absolutely free. There are limited spots so RSVP to nssa.sa@utoronto.ca by March 23rd and make sure you don’t miss out!
