Come out on Friday, October 16th from 5:00-7:30 for our healthy cooking class! Endulge in the comforts of fall as we cook up a chickpea salad, a chicken and bean stew (vegetarian option: sweet potato and bean stew), and a scrumptious apple crumble!
All the dishes prepared will be high in fibre- a key component of our diet that can be easily neglected in a busy student’s life. NSSA will be giving a short presentation on the importance of fibre and where to get it!
