Rodney AuYeung: Important food sources of sugars and cardiovascular events: a systematic review and meta-analysis of prospective cohorts
Patrick Merrithew: The relationship between animal product consumption and cardiovascular disease risk factors

Description: The NSSA invites all Nutritional Sciences majors or those taking NFS courses to join us at our first general meeting of the year!

At this meeting, you can learn about and provide input for all our upcoming events, including our semesterly Academic Seminars, the Student/Prof Luncheon, and the Healthy Cooking Seminar.

Additionally, we are also looking to elect:
– Second Year Representative (x2)
– Webmaster (x1)

Anyone taking at least ONE NFS course is eligible to run and vote. Food and refreshments will be provided. We hope to see you there!
